Karate Lesson with Nastya Part 2

In this video, Nastya conducts a basic karate lesson, in which she shows several basic punches, kicks and blocks. Her partner Igor helps her with this. After the theory, Nasta demonstrates the technique in a duel with her partner. But he has no chance against Nastya’s skills.The first part of the video demonstrates karate techniques throughout the fight.

In the second part of the video, Igor, having lost in a duel, decides to take revenge on Nastya and delivers a forbidden blow, which knocks Nastya out for a short time. After which Nastya decides to fight against the rules and also strikes a lot below the belt and so on. Part two features chokes, ball kicks, leg and neck chokes, and victory poses.
